sassybritches @ebayles92 - I have not. They want me to submit a ticket and there is no telling how long that will take. I work full time and do this as a hobby, Unfortunately I have no idea why there has not been a scan since then, except if for weather issues or something. Hopefully tomorrow morning I can speak to a manager that might be able to track it down. What state are you in? Anywhere close to the facility the scan is showing it is sitting?

sassybritches @ebayles92 - Hi Elizabth - I filed a lost pkg claim and a lady from the IL post office called me today. She said they are trying to track down your package and will let me know something hopefully soon. She said unfortunately they have had quite a few lost packages lately.

goldencloset38 @ebayles92 Thank you, however for some reason the app is not allowing me to download the label. So instead I’m gonna do it through Poshmark. So if you can please open a case and tell Poshmark that you received the wrong item that way they send you the label. Thank you.

ebayles92 @goldencloset38 All I wanted was the bag I ordered. They sent me an email saying you got paid for the bag so now they will have to refund me. They made it sound like I had done something wrong. Like I got the pants in addition to the bag. I sent the pants back like I was asked. I was hoping to get my bag in return.

gramology Elizabeth, hey. I am Gramology. You just purchased a pair of beautiful Calvin Klein heels. I was just packing them to ship and I damaged them. I wrap them in tissue to store and when I unwrapped to polish clean I had a piece of tape on the back that took off some of the finish. It can be repair with shoe marker. Do you want me to cancel the order or ship out. I will take another 5.00 off purchase, making it free shipping. Either way, I hope you understand. Thanks Gramology.
