fernnieb Hey love, I shipped the shoes. Have u tried tracking them or contacting posh? They had sent me a email saying that although ups said they delivered them u disnt receive em? Maybe contact your local post office ?? Did they take the money out of your account??

fernnieb I just received a package in the mail. I believe it's the sandals u bought. It said wrong address. But the label was created through posh, I'll contact posh so I can get a new label

fernnieb I got in contact with postmark, for some reason the label they created was wrong. I asked them to review and find out why ur package was not deliverable as addressed. They sent me a new label last night and I put the package in the mail first thing this morning. I'm sorry for the log wait I did everything I could💕

ltaylor916 Did you try and contact me regarding the swimsuit? I am sorry I didn’t see the size on it, however I did put my measurements down, and I’m typically always a small or xs (115 lbs). Would have been nice of you to contact me first. I’ve never had any complaints or issues and would have been more than happy to return/refund you.
