So unfortunately, the address that defaulted as my address is an old address that the jacket was sent to 😞. I tried to contact USPS and tell them what my address was and if I could get the package forwarded to me! They never got back to me

@eaffrime Not sure what to do at this point other than refund your money. The jacket is just sitting in Atlanta, neither of us has the merchandise. I've messaged Posh CS, spent hours on the phone with USPS to no avail. I can let you know when it comes back and you may repurchase if you'd like, but right now we are both out.

I’ve also tried doing an address change intercept online and the system won’t let me.
“ unfortunately, this item is ineligible for usps intercept” I was willing to pay the fees.

@eaffrime the distance between the two locations 30328 & 50 look like 6-7 miles, maybe they’ll let you retrieve it with proper ID.

@tenebrini28 hey, it looks like they won’t let me 🙈 I don’t understand this. They really make this so damn difficult. But in any case, I am so sorry for this mess. It was my own fault for not realizing the address was incorrect on my account. I don’t want to make you pay any fees, I just want to do what’s best for you with minimal further damage being done. They said tomorrow it should arrive back to your house.

@eaffrime that’s fast, Atlanta to Minneapolis in a day. If it gets here before 8pm I will sent it right back to you. I’ll have customer service send me a new label. If there’s anything else in my closet you like heart it and I’ll throw it in the box.
