Hi, I'm Emily! After working in retail for over 7 years, I have A LOT of clothes that I want to pass along to people who will wear and love them more than I can. All items listed come from my personal closet and a pet and smoke-free home. They have all been lovingly cared for and are either new or gently used. Any known flaws will be noted. All items are wrapped+shipped with care. Re-purposed packaging will be used whenever possible. I also like to include a little gift with purchase (when available). annesell hi, very new to poshmark. how does the discounted shipping work for seller and buyer?

emilybbriggs @annesell Welcome! When people like a seller’s items the seller can send them private offers with discounted shipping (the price of the shipping comes out of the money the seller will receive after purchase). If the potential buyer sends the seller a counter offer the discounted shipping no longer applies. All offers are binding for 24 hrs. Hopefully that answers your question!

annesell @emilybbriggs so basically, if shipping is discounted, seller pays for it? if st regular shipping cost of 12.99, buyer shoulders the expense? sorry for mote questions...

emilybbriggs @annesell Exactly! So as the buyer, it’s sometimes a better deal to accept a private offer versus sending a counter offer because you’re already saving money due to the shipping discount. It’s kind of a gamble.
