catshep2002 only buyer and seller see the ratings. It is mainly for the quality of the item or bad packaging. Poshmark can see the ratings if there is a complaint. like I said, I will not go any further with it though. just trying to help you understand. The better way to resolve shipping issues is to make a complaint to Poshmark for further issues with shipping.
