sandiemermaid61 Hi hon, you didn't need to open a case for an accidentally missed stone. I care about my buyers and have a 5.0 rating. If you had reached out, I would have refunded immediately with deep apologies. Upon inspection I must have missed for the 1st time. Accept my apology, refund and keep necklace.

sandiemermaid61 @nolieben4u I understand hon. It's just always good PM etiquette to reach out to seller first. If seller doesn't make you 100% satisfied, then you certainly should open a case. I have a perfect 5.0 rating, and never missed a stone before. I am so so sorry for the oversight. I honestly did examine it. I just must have missed this one...

sandiemermaid61 @nolieben4u I just worry when cases are opened on sellers, without first reaching out to us, it MAY put a black mark on my perfect score that I work so hard to keep. Please keep necklace hon. Its worth gluing a stone in yourself...look on ebay, they have all kinds. The pig is one of my favorites. So sorry I missed that.
