julislu @eireir I feel SO bad you had a bad 1st experience!!! I would love to explain how Poshmark works. 1. I had no idea you were trying to contact me. You were sending me messages to yourself on your own thread on your page so I never saw them. ☹️ 2. only reason I became aware you were upset is bc you gave me a 2 star rating. Than I went to your page and saw your messages. . (I’m shocked- I normally only receive 5 for shipping day of and special packaging)

julislu 3. The seller has no access to bundle items. The customer has to bundle. I never received a response (bc I couldn’t see your message) and you didn’t bundle the items so i shipped them. I couldn’t just ship both shorts in one box under one UPS label bc the other item would not process as being shipped.

julislu 4. Also if you didn’t to want to purchase one of the shorts after I had accepted the purchase there’s no way for me to cancel. I hope that helps you. I even tried to help you from the beginning when I suggest you bundle the items. None of this misunderstanding is my fault. Hopefully you can adjust the rating you gave me. I’m so sorry you were unaware of how the process works. Hopefully you can resell the shorts. Good luck and as they say “Happy Poshing!” 😊
