mitchellwifey @lmmenaldi thanks for asking. The material on the peep toe was smashed in and bent. I wasn’t sure if it was from shipping or what exactly happened there, but I have placed shoe molds and steamed hoping to smooth out and reshape.

misserv @mitchellwifey ok the issue it was it charged me on there end and my personal bank as well so in order to dispute they would cancel altogether so I would not be doubled charged they said I had to cancel with Posh.... so frustrating because you nor posh dis anything wrong. So I was trying to catch you before you sent item to see if I could redo the purchase thru posh...That was it...., 🤯
