Hi Erika, giving an unfair rating really affects my business, you can return the items if you don’t like them or they are not up to your expectations. I always test my items, if they got damaged during delivery, there’s not much I can do for you but Poshmark can give you back your money. Please reconsider your rating next time before giving an unfair rating to people who are trying to make a living.

I understand, especially the trying to make a living part. I didn't realize one bad rating could impact you so much. I was really excited about the earrings and then disappointed because they don't seem to clip in, so I think my rating was fair. I really don't think anything got damaged, I think they're just like that. I can remove the rating if that's possible.

@erigirl8 I’m really sorry the earrings don’t clip, like I mentioned before I’m sure that many Poshers would prefer to give you your money back than have a bad rating.
