Hi! No shoe polish, never worn, new in the box. I grabbed the tissue and all that was in the box and shipped. I had mentioned that there was rubbing off the heel I noticed in the box (saw on the paper) and took the photos of the area on the shoe. Maybe sticky from humidity? I didn’t notice any stickiness outright, just rubbing off of the heel. They’re gorgeous shoes, just too high and big for me.

These shoes are falling apart, they should have been trashed. I spent all morning getting the black off my feet from wearing them for ten minutes. Please dont ever sell shoes like this again.
