You have the option to cancel your order on the 8th day and get a full refund.
To cancel your order:
Go to My Purchases.
Select the relevant order.
Select Problems/Order Inquiry.
Select Delayed Order to cancel the order.

@eriquintero ok, let’s wait until October 27th, then re check to see if there’s an option to cancel it. Poshmark says that they will refund if the item is delivered but turned out to be a counterfeit with proof. Sadly I don’t think that will be the case with this seller, their profile is fake and they have made several other accounts to buy their items so that they get the credit for having a lot of sold items.

@eriquintero it’s totally ok, I have bought an item and minutes later found out it was a scam. I’ve been there 🥲 , after you get your full refund back make sure the pictures are the sellers and not anybody else’s.

Next time make sure to check the profile, ask for an updated name card for the item if you think it’s (suspicious 🧐) , I will say this. I have seen quite a bit of listings on another app that is the real deal, great prices - knowing that the seller has no clue what the bag is really worth.. which I feel bad for but it’s a good feeling.. I’ll admit I have bought 5 bags with amazing prices just this week. 🫠

When you make a purchase on Poshmark, we don't release payment to the seller until you tell us you've received your order as described. You have 3 days after delivery to inform us if the item has been misrepresented by reporting the problem in the Poshmark app or website with supporting photos.
