tinarad1 Hi Erin - I'm packaging the Betsey Johnson backpack you bought and I noticed there is some wear on the bottom corners of the bag and on the bottom of the backside zipper. I want you to be satisfied so I'd like to show you a picture. Sorry it's my first sale - I should have inspected better.
