@suziesmiles13 thank you. Honestly the biggest help I need is getting posh to respond to a return I asked for. Yes or no would be helpful.
But on a side note...I do not understand bundling. I havent tried it because I dont want to get stuck or screw it up. Can you offer on bundling? Like if you bundle for multiple items, do you offer on the whole lot? Help lol

@mzpink77 Poshmark is in the process of updating their emailing system as well as some other behind the scenes things. It has been my experience their turn around time on replies is 24 hours. However during this transition it took them 9 days to reply to a simple question I had as well. Try and be patient is the best advice I can offer. I know, it's a pain right now. OK... Bundles..

@mzpink77 u can't really screw it up. A bundle is a way to save on shipping for the buyer if u want to purchase more than one item from a seller. At this time only buyers can create them. Tap on an item ur interested in. There will be a box icon on the top right of the page, tap it and you've added the item to a bundle...or u can add it at the bottom of the page too.....

@mzpink77 bundles allow u to chat with the buyer in a more private place. Plus it gives the seller more flexibility in lowering prices for just u and additional shipping savings. If u create a bundle, it is in no way binding. It's like a private room. U can add just one item or more. U can also remove the item if u choose to. Did that answer your question?

@mzpink77 Most buyers offer an automatic sale for 2 or more items. For example 10%, 20%, or 30% off . It will be listed on the bottom of each item. But u can still make an offer. Some sellers are strict to their personal guidelines but most aren't. I was a "buyer only" for over a year. I never paid attention to the bundle sale from sellers. I always made my own offers. Usually around 20%....maybe 30% depending on the items. They can accept of counter then go from there🤗

@suziesmiles13so I just tried a bundle so we will see.. but I dont understand the whole process as you talked about above. I'll learn though. This shopping at posh is addictive Lol. one of my biggest pet peeves is you candy talk to the them more private so the whole world doesnt see.

@mzpink77 FYI, Poshmark is usually really great with their customer service. I had a return about 3 months ago and it was resolved the same day. A lot of us are waiting "patiently" for things to get back to normal🤗. Anytime u have a question about anything I'm here.
