copperglazed @erinisberg Hi Erin, I received the pants hangers - thank you. I am having trouble with 3 of them. The only way they close tightly is when you pull the hook towards you at a 30 to 45 degree angle. If closed so the hook and attachment is flush with each other (I.e. vertical - so it hangs straight), it isn't tight. The other 3 are just as described - very good working order - and easily snap into position without overextending. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you, ⚘Alli

erinisberg @copperglazed hi there - is that happening with or without a clothing item in them? Usually there is no issue if you’ve got a garment in, but otherwise, try pushing the small hinge pieces on the little shoulders of the closing mechanism, they may have shifted outwards during shipping

copperglazed @erinisberg I thought that may be the case too - Canada Post is not kind to bubble envelopes 😕 I'm afraid. It doesn't seem to matter - pants or no pants. The other 3 are perfect.

erinisberg @scamp23771 oh shooooooot, I didn’t notice any marks when I was laying it out - I’m consigning for a friend on it. I’ve checked her and she only wore it once as it was too small for her so I don’t believe any marks are long set in.My foolproof method at home for marks and stains is Oxyclean.

erinisberg @scamp23771 Mix about 1/3 cup of it in a wash in with piping hot water and soak for about 2 hours. Then wash as normal. It does the trick about 90% of the time. I can send a baggie of it in the mail if you don’t have any!
