witwicb Hi, I just received notification that you were unhappy with your purchase. Do know I would not have shipped something you are stating to have defects. Any point of concern I find on an item I always make note of it in my description and in pictures. I would have happily refunded your money if you would have submitted to Poshmark that you felt there was a defect instead of receiving a low rating.

witwicb I’m not sure how to do so at this point, but if you submit a complaint to Poshmark, they can start the process of refunding you. My apologies that you weren’t happy with your purchase and I hope you have a better experience in future purchases.

witwicb @estuesmio Sorry to hear that as I would have never put them for sale if I had noticed. You have to submit through Poshmark and they’ll make a decision from there. I would say go to the sale info page for the sneakers and see if there’s something on there that allows you to contact them.
