I spoke with the mail delivery person and she told me I needed to go pick up item at local post office because box was to big to fit in my mail box. I have no transportation so I have not been able to obtain them.

I haven't received item. I think u are gonna have to send back for them. I apologize for the inconvenience but I did make an effort to pick them up at post office after I realized they didn't redeliver them to my address like I asked them to do. They wouldn't hand them over to me because I don't have a CA id.

Item is at post office. I attempted to pick it up but was unable to because I do not have a CA id. I also asked my friend who does have a CA id to pick it up from me but post office didn't allow her to pick it up for me.

Have you looked at the tracking though? It says that it was delivered to you. Why won't they let you pick it up even with proof of address? What post office is it at?

Yah I understand that. In my email I looked up the tracking and it says you picked it up at the post office on the 24 th at 12:00 pm. Why would it be saying this if you did not pick it up? I have a picture but I can't post it right here.

You should have received a notice from mail person and then brought that in and they should have released package to you.

I can assure you I have not picked up the item. I attempted to do so but they did not release it to me becsuse I do not have a CA id. I also asked one of my friends who does have a CA id and they wouldn't release it to her either. You can contact the post office and they will tell you the item is still in their possession.

I did receive a notice from the mail person. I took it with me the day I went to post office (Saturday) and still they wouldn't release it without an ID.

I just received the shoes right now. The mail lady finally redelivered them but this time left them at my front door. I really like them. Thank you for your patience and I apologize for any inconvenience. Thanks again.
