Hi Esme(love your name), The Angel was introduced in 2000 thru the Swarovski Crystal Memories Line. She is the first of the more slender angels that followed and are still under production today. She was retired in 2004.

You know instead of giving me a bad review you could of simply ask for a refund and I would of told you to keep the shoes. I have been sending shoes this way for years now.

If you have a problem with your purchase please open up a case to resolve it. Send the item back and get refunded. Please don't just assume that the seller "knew" of this problem. Poshmark is fair and would have refunded your money be it you supplied "proof" of the damaged item. So please, next time you have a problem contact Poshmark, the selker, the post office or both to have this resolved. And I am very sorry for this inconvenience to you. Sincerely, Debbee M.

@debbeec1 I'm truly sorry about the problem. I had no idea others could read my message. I'm very surprised a message for you is seen by all that was not my intent. I had a bad experience with an order before and postmark did nothing to help that is why I will never dispute with them again. I'm not sure if deleting the the optional section on the rating will be deleted or not, but I tried Please forgive me. Esme'

@esmejp Thank you but you did not have to apologize. I just wanted to point out that it can go both ways. I have also have had difficulties with Poshmark when it came to being a seller and also a buyer and trying to get refunds. Most of the time when a case is brought against me as a seller I just ask Poshmark to allow the buyer to be refunded and to keep the item.
