Hello I wanted to apologize for the shipment delay on your necklace. I scheduled the pickup Wednesday. Thursday was a non mail holiday, but the post person did not pick them up Friday either. I contacted poshy support with the tracking and pickup request number so they could report it to the usps. ( second time it happened). I am taking it to the physical post today. So sorry for your inconvenience. Jen
