karitch2 hi, I hope you are feeling alright. I shipped your item 3 weeks ago… you never shipped the item I had paid for and was mis-sent to you by the other seller so you have both our items :(. You could actually schedule to have USPS pick up the package. This situation and lack of much update is upsetting. I bought this a month ago as a gift and now I’ll need to look for a new gift :( I’m sorry to keep bothering you and hope you are doing well, I’m just upset and confused by the ongoing situation

cherylw929300 but I do still have it in the same exact condition as when I received received it. it was never used it never made it as far as for me to pull it out of the packaging to notice it was the wrong item and placed back in 100% the same condition as it was sent to me and I am so so so sorry for you being so upset in this situation and I've been in this situation in different ways I know it's upsetting..

karitch2 Hello? At this point, I’m assuming you are keeping my bag as it’s been so long. I shipped your item the day after the mistake was made so that you would get your item promptly. I know things happen, but if things were reversed I can’t imagine keeping your item and never shipping it for months if you had sent mine.
