afccortes Regarding: Cole Haan Shoes purchased on 11/4/19 Sorry to hear about the soles falling off. I've been on Poshmark for about 5 years now with a rating of 4.9 stars. I do my best to check each item thoroughly. To hear you assume that I did this "intentionally" is offensive. I buy shoes in pallets and yes... Sometimes issues can be overlooked. That being said, the best way to handle this is to contact poshmark support, state the issue and upload any pics you have of the issue

afccortes It's against poshmark policy to resolve the issue outside of the app, so I won't contact the email address you provided. I am very pro customer, but I would never accuse a seller for committing "fraud" until I've spoken to them and asked them their opinion on what might have caused the defect. I understand your frustration, but "fraud" "intentional" really? Anyway. I've explained the directions on how to resolve the issue above. Thanks.

ezekelkane @afccortes no I don't believe you did this intentionally and apologize if it indicated that I presumed you purposely did this as I was using speak to text and it frequently misspells words.

ezekelkane @afccortes I completely understand and meant to type I presume it was unintentional however with that being said I still hold you responsible as the seller you take such risk by buying pallets of shoes

ezekelkane @afccortes if you were an individual that had previously used the shoes and purchased them new then I would think it could have been intentional if I came across harsh it is only because the shoe separation happened in the middle of work with a client and you want to talk about embarrassing having the front of your shoe flap around separated is not fun...

ezekelkane @afccortes I am disappointed however that this was not found out previous to sending because like I said the very first time I wore the shoes they lasted about two hours before that happened and there's glue all under the side of

ezekelkane @afccortes it if it were to happen after even two weeks of wearing them I would take the responsibility because those kinds of things happen but Man 2 Hours. I will attempt to pursue as you indicated and see how that is resolved

ezekelkane @afccortes I'm not trying to beat you down I even gave you five stars when I first receive them because of the looking condition and depending upon how this is resolved can still give you five stars because with any vendor nothing is perfect but it's all about the way they resolve issues that arise right. anyway appreciate the message back and the instructions on how to get it resolved. afccortes @ezekelkane No problem. I'm not holding any grudges. I once kept a pair of tennis shoes for myself and the same thing happened to me in the middle of playing tennis. Happened 3 years ago and haven't had an incident since. I check the shoes by bending and flexing them, but unfortunately I cannot run and walk with them. They're all different sizes. Once you contact poshmark they will contact me. Thanks.
