Hi, I'm preparing to mail your boots, but I never received a mailing label as I normally do when someone makes a purchase. I tried requesting one but it says your address needs to be updated. Will you double check your mailing address & update if needed. in the meantime I'll try to download the label & see if I can get it that way.

@fabyortega you need to provide in app under addresses. The labels are auto generated by poshmark & also tracked with USPS & Poshmark. I can't mail directly because shipping is charged by Poshmark.

@fabyortega Nothing else for you to do. I contacted Poshmark support, I can upload in a new listing a error message so you can screen shot it & send to poshmark support. if not,I already contacted & they will contact me back. Did you have to confirm your address? Did you get a error message on your end of any kind?

@fabyortega I'm sorry, I'm not understanding what you're saying. But I'm waiting to be contacted by Poshmark as they haven't replied. Are you saying they have replied to you already? I can't mail until I get a label from them.
When someone makes a purchase the label is automatically emailed to sellers.

In this case, one wasn't sent & we have a option of going to the purchase & requesting another label, & it sends one but in this case it's giving me a error about your address. I'll check again for a label

@luvevrytingfab I sent a message about you being unable to print a shipping label with my address and the message I received back was they sent you a message with a link for the shipping label and everything should be good where you are able to print it out now.

@fabyortega I'm not sure where I said that at? you may need to re-read what I sent. The normal process is when someone makes a purchase from any closet a label is automatically sent at the time of your purchase. in this case it never happened. I searched my email and noticed I didn't have a label for your purchase.

@fabyortega I came into the app to download one but it gave me a error message about the buyer which is you needing to add or update your mailing address. I notified you about that & contacted poshmark. Thus far I haven't Received any kind of help from poshmark. Are you telling me they have already replied to you and let you know they have emailed me you a label? is so I'll check again as I haven't saw anything from poshmark support.

@fabyortega I have had people purchase the same day you did & after you & have mailed there items. I'm not sure what caused a address delay because this hasn't happened to me . This is something that Poshmark will have to fix. Mailing labels are prepaid through poshmark. So I can't just mail the item outside of poshmark because your purchase has a tracking prepaid label already attached. However I Never Received a usual mailing label once you completed your purchase.

@fabyortega there's not a printing issue, it's a label issue. Your purchase doesn't have a label for me to print. I'll check again for a response from poshmark as I have all this week & I'll try again to see if I can get a label. this isn't a seller issue but a poshmark issue. It's not something that I caused, it's on poshmark end. I contacted them immediately & have been waiting for their reply.
