sewang88 Do u actually think I would clean it for 5.5 bucks, it’s not even my coffee. U paid $10 for a nike and u expect it to come with a vacation ticket? It seems you don’t understand the situation. I can’t risk my health and go to post office everyday to just post one sneaker which my earning is 5 dollar out of it, that’s not even my gas cost. if I sell them and not give away is something just for fun.

acanadianposher @sewang88 all you had to do was not mention that you would clean it in the description and buyers would totally understand. also, if getting $5.50 is 'too low and not even not enough for gas money' for you to clean them, the effort would've been worth it because clean sneakers sell for more. guaranteed! sellers shouldn't also make empty promises like 'ill ship it tomorrow' when they are're really only doing post office runs once a week.

acanadianposher @sewang88 maybe you intended to drop them off 'tmr' but some things got in the way. be proactive and communicate that to your buyer. but here, you're telling people one thing and doing another which is unprofessional and the opposite of good customer service.

sewang88 @acanadianposher honestly dear, I have lots of stuff in my closet and if I explain every detail, then I need to be on my phone 24/7. In this rough situation non of my buyers has expected me to ship it as it’s regular situation. The moment you bought it I cannot change the description anymore. Otherwise I would definitely delete the part I mentioned I am cleaning it before shipment cuz as u said I would clean it if it was sold for more!

acanadianposher @sewang88 yes PM doesn't allow edits on a sold listing, and for good reason. it's kind of like a written contract where the buyer and seller have agreed to the terms of the listing once the 'buy' button has been put into play. also, whenever I list pre-loved shoes, they all go through a thorough deep cleaning before I post them. not only am I able to list them for more, but also so that my buyers know exactly what they're getting and there are no unpleasant surprises.

acanadianposher @sewang88 hmmm I don't see how 'having a lot of things in your closet' would be a a valid excuse to skimp out on the quality of your listings. I have 90+ active listings that I'm babysitting at any one given time. once a buyer pays, I know it's my time to shine and wow them - even if it is only for $10! trust me, I didn't have any expectations of shipping soon but because you msged me saying you would be shipping out tmr, that's what I had the expectation!
