pennysonmain @fernyoya I'm so sorry! This has never happened to me. I just sent a message to Posh support, asking for help. They are notoriously slow, but I have to wait for them to step in. You may also want to report the problem. Which I completely understand if you want to do that. I feel badly for this but ask for your patience in resolving this. Penny
