patpat8890 Hello! The beautiful Nine West Dress you ordered was returned to me fo insufficient address. I’ve tried to contact Poshmark customer service but seem to be having a problem contacting them. This is a first for me and I’m not certain what steps to take now.

francieroy This is going to be a problem because I ordered ALOT of stuff from different ppl and I thought I went back and added my unit number... obviously it didn’t add it :-/ I have no idea what to do :(

patpat8890 @francieroy I am so sorry Dear 😢 I don’t know what to do. Can you go into your Poshmark settings and make an adjustment to your address? I will definitely hold the dress and re-list it, then I’ll put it in a bundle for you at the same price. I’m terribly sorry you’re having to deal with this. francieroy @patpat8890 let me wait to hear back from Poshmark... I need to see what the process is regarding this whole thing. I’m sorry ... I’m very frustrated because before any items were shipped I had updated my address... and for some reason only half of my purchases were shipped w the proper address and they were intermittent, so I’d like to get confirmation from them regarding the rest of my purchases. :-/

aposhpeacock as I was wrapping your jacket, I noticed some wrinkling at the bottom of the back ruffles. I’ve added a post to my closet w/your name and 3 photos. I offer you 4 options: 1) let me wash it and see if the wrinkles are just from the jacket being stored and fall out in the wash. 2) offer you a deeper discount. 3) offer you something else from my closet of equal or lesser value which I will add to your shipment 4) cancel the order. carolmarybell Hi Fran....so as I am sure you know now the Ann Taylor Dress I sent you got “lost “ in the mail. I wrote Posh and told them the tracking once it got to your town said insufficient address and I did not know if you received it. They said it was lost and I guess both of us were compensated. I just wanted to tell you how sorry I am this happened. I hope by some miracle it makes its way to you🙏🏼👍❤️
