onewisefit I just received your 3 star rating. I see you aren't a seller on this platform. It is hard to keep everyone happy, but I try extremely hard to do full and honest descriptions with lots of photos. My description listing on your brand new pants you purchased, says nothing about black and white, it states they are dark green. Dark enough they could be black, imo, but it does state the color. Sorry you're unhappy with your purchase, I would happily do a refund!
