Hi Francisca! You recently purchased my Jaclyn hill palette from my closet. I shipped the item on July 10th and the USPS tracking has not updated the tracking since July 14th and it now has a red “alert” message. I contacted poshmark support and they asked if you “the buyer” could contact them as well so they can handle the situation. I’m so sorry for the delay and hope we can figure out what went wrong with USPS shipping. Thanks, have a great day.
