Hello, I saw your concern about the purse you purchased. I am not sure what is wrong with the zipper. When I sent it to you, everything was intact. I am not sure why you need to put glue on it. I always examine my items. I am sorry you are having this problem.

hi. yes. i had inspected the outside of the purse & decided to put in my wallet. I couldn't find the zipper after putting in my wallet & had noticed the zipper had completely disconnected. I inserted the zipper into the alignment & closed it up. I haven't opened it again since I messaged you.

@fuffun I believe I know what you are describing. The zipper is not broken, that is the way the purse was made, it disconnects that way.
