kristiborwick1 I'm so sorry! I would've accepted it returned. Honestly you were my very first sale and I've never sold or purchased anything from a site like this before. I had my Husband ship it while I was at work he told be he had cleaned it up. Men! I'm apologize sincerely for this and for you being my learning experience with what not to do. 😔

gs24 @kristiborwick1 I have collected more than 2 dozen Coach bags and my price range Offer is between $20, $25 n up to $30. Any size or style I'm lucky sellers accept my offer most of the time I'm surprised coz it's a good deal for me. It's ok I just want to be honest that's why I said no hard feelings. I'm selling stuff too but not yet here In this site coz I don't know how it really works esp. bundling of items mailing is a hassle for me so I don't see any items on my profile yet .

gs24 @kristiborwick1 I'm sorry is there a way I can return your bag it's too dirty inside n it can't be cleaned. As much as I want it as I said, it's impossible that this will be cleaned? I'm sirry but I'm a single mom with 5 kids and the reason I buy Used stuff is bec. I'm don't have enough to spend for myself so if I treat myself I want it worth for my limited shopping for myself. I don't know the policy on returns never did or experience it at all. Again, m so sorry

kristiborwick1 @gs24 im reading now the terms... It seems once your released payment there's nothing I can do. I believe you can Start and open a case that requires an investigation and arbitration

kristiborwick1 @gs24 I've sent an email about our issue to customer service. The funds released are in limbo between my bank account and posh there's a week wait in this process. As I said before you are able to make a claim to Poshmark and start an Investigation which says can take a few days and would require both parties to show pictures and what not showing the reason for the return. I have no clue how it works once you released payment though- usually once that happens it's a final sale
