steph_sgv Hi there :) a bought your orange era vans a couple days ago. I was wondering if you’ve shipped and it just didn’t scan through or if you haven’t sent yet. I’m super excited about them :) thanks!

eyregaelyn @steph_sgv hello! I’m glad you wrote! First, Yes, I have shipped the shoes. I dropped them in a mail box last week. I think there are delays due to the pandemic. A few things that I dropped at the same time started tracking today, so I think you should see some action tomorrow.

eyregaelyn The other issue is that I think I may have shipped you another item in a separate package that was meant for another buyer. I have contacted Poshmark support to ask what can be done and am awaiting their reply. I will keep you posted! And I’m so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

steph_sgv @eyregaelyn no worries, it happens! I’m pretty sure Poshmark handles these things well. Do you think that you sent both orders to me or you might have mixed up the two orders, having my shoes go to them?

eyregaelyn @steph_sgv so it seems I made a mistake about my mistake. I think I did ship your shoes to a different buyer, instead of the other way around. That buyer has been issued a return label and will send back to me once received, so I can ship to you. I’m so sorry- I feel pretty silly. That being said, if you do wish to cancel I totally understand.

steph_sgv @eyregaelyn okay, I understand. If you don’t mind me asking, which province does that buyer live in? Just wanna know how long it could approximately take. I finally got a notification today that “my item” is being shipped so something is on the way to me as well. It’s doesn’t say where the item is now though, which is odd, it usually does.
