Hi, Gaile! I just saw your rating and wanted to clear up a few things. This was the first non-5 star rating I've received on any selling platform. Firstly, I am so sorry that you felt the item was not as described! I do my best to describe the items and am careful with my photos. This dress is a Pakistani / Indian style dress and is brand new. It costs well over $150 retail and this still had the tag on it, so the discoloration you thought you were seeing was the color.

It's a cream color, not a white (as described in the listing) and it's a very common color for dresses in Pakistani & Indian cultures. The dress has never been worn and was immediately listed when we received it. If you'd like to dry clean it, that's fine but make sure it's a reputable company as this is an expensive dress with a lot of embroidery and the color is not supposed to be white.

That being said, I deeply and sincerely apologize that you didn't like the item and would have gladly given you a full refund for a return within the 3 days that Poshmark gives us. I hope you'll accept my apology, and again the item was sent as listed and we've never had this issue, so I'm very sorry that you're unsatisfied and hope this somehow makes it better.
