carley_cat_shop I am really sorry to hear this! The EMS jacket belonged to a gentleman friend so I assumed it was men’s and was not marked. I can still try to arrange for return, Posh is set up for this. I want more than anything for folks to be happy with purchase. This is totally my mistake and I much appreciate your very gracious response. Eileen

rosesareawesome Thank you Eileen, I feel some relief now! After thinking about it, yes, a return would be best as you're in a better position to find someone to wear it than me! I do looove that periwinkle blue, it reminds back when manufacturers offered FUN colors for everyone! Do I go to my order detail page and select "problems/other", then "order not as described" to start the return, or something else ?

rosesareawesome @carley_cat_shop Apparently since I accepted the package, Poshmark says the order is"completed" and I can't do a return. Is there anything you can do on your end ?

carley_cat_shop @rosesareawesome hi there I finally heard back from Poshmark with the same replies as to you, the order is complete and they cannot refund at this point. There is option of re-poshing in which you can use my photos if you like and relist with edited description. If you’d like anything else in my closets I can offer discount and send with free shipping. I have men, women and kids closets to choose from. Again, sorry for this! Eileen
