claybertrand @poshmarklv Hi Cheryl. Regarding the pair of Clarks Mens Shoes that I purchased from your closet. Great communication and delivery was prompt. The shoes are in very nice condition. However, the problem is that these are WOMENS SHOES : ( I own about 30 pairs of Clarks Desert Boots and Treks so I am absolutely positive that these are Womens. Do you accept returns and if so how does that work? Can you please advise on how I should proceed?? Thanks. Gary

poshmarklv @claybertrand I read your message and have also received notification from Poshmark. I tagged you with a couple of pictures 1 from Clarks website stating that these are mens shoes, and also one from ebay someone is selling also. Stating the same thing. Sorry you do not like them. I have never had anything returned so I will forward this information to customer service and let them advise as to what to do. Thanks

claybertrand @poshmarklv No Offense. There is nothing wrong with the shoes. They are just Women’s and not Men’s. I have over 30 pairs of Clark’s Desert Boots and several Desert Treks. I’ve provided pictures of the comparison between men’s and women’s. I understand that they look the same if you don’t know a lot about Clark’s. I’m not blaming you for wrongdoing. It’s an honest mistake. I can try to email you the pictures if you’d like. I thought you’d be able to see them.

claybertrand @poshmarklv if you’d like, I can email or otherwise provide the comparison pictures I provided to the support people. If you didn’t have a pair of Men’s Size 10 Desert Treks, it’s not easy perhaps for a women to judge the difference. I can assure you, these are women’s shoes.

claybertrand Poshmark keeps trying to say that I am complaining because I don't like the way the shoes fit. This is ridiculous. I KNOW it was just an honest mistake on your part. You didn't try to screw me over or anything. You've been great. Its just that they are women's shoes. If you SAW the pictures of the Mens Desert Treks that I own next to the ones you sent me, you would be embarrassed.

claybertrand I swear, the shoes are literally 4-6 sizes smaller than Mens 10s. The pictures are SO telling. If there is ANY way I can send you a couple or post them for you to see, you would understand. Its not fair. You accidentally didn't realize these were not UNISEX. They are Women's. I don't see why I have to be punished for this. Its SO obvious from the picture.
