Hi there. I wanted to personally reach out to you regarding the pair of boots that you purchased from me and the delay in shipment. I have not received a shipping label from Poshmark yet for your order. When I attempt to retrieve a new shipping label, I encountered an error message that mentions you may need to update your address. I assure you I have contacted Poshmark support a few days ago, and I am awaiting a response.

Geilin, good news! I finally received the shipping label for your purchase! I have it all packaged and ready for pick-up. The USPS in not open today in honor and remembrance or George Bush, so it will be dropped off at the Post Office firs thing tomorrow (Thursday) morning.
