Hello! I just saw your review that you didn't receive your order. First, I am very sorry to hear that, you never reached out to me personally about it. I was unaware of that. Second, I shipped it within 24 hours, which is very fast. I did my part diligently. So I don't feel like I as a seller deserve a 1 star review because USPS failed to deliver it.

I'm asking you to reach out to Poshmark customer service - send them an email, they usually respond within a day. Tell them you never received the order, they will reimburse you your money for the whole order. And please remove the 1 star rating as it is not my fault that USPS lost it or misplaced it. Poor unfair feedback affects my overall rating and my hard-earned ambassador status. Hope you understand. Thank you.

@gemmarjaili If you didn't receive the jumpsuit, then don't rate it. You cannot give an objective feedback to an item you never saw. So, if you can - please remove the star review, and email Poshmark. They are really good about reimbursing for lost orders. I have sold over 12 thousand items. Sometimes USPS does lose packages. Poshmark refunds $ every time. That's why they take 20% commission fee so they could reimburse us.

@gemmarjaili I was nice to you. Where was I rude? I am copying and pasting my comments to you from the above: "I am very sorry to hear that", "Please remove the 1 star rating", "Hope you understand, Thank you", then again I said "please remove the review". And I reassured you that you will get your refund. I was never rude. When you made a purchase, I immediately responded with a Thank you comment and shipped it within 24 hours. I think you are unfair to me. It's not my fault, but USPS.

I didn't ignore the fact that your order was lost - I reached out to you. I cared to write to you, even though you never wrote to me about your issue. You also didn't even respond anything to my initial message "thank you for the purchase". I never heard a "thank you" from you that I gave you a $14 discount even though I didn't have to. It's money out of my pocket. And after all that, I get a 1 star feedback with a sense of misinterpreting my tone? :(

@xo4esh anyway how can I delete it, it’s only showing that I can change it but can’t delete . I know it’s not fault it’s lost

@gemmarjaili Thank you. If you cannot remove it altogether - then please change it to something higher. You will receive your refund from Poshmark. I did my job 100%, even more. Usually sellers don't care about lost orders, because they get their money anyway. But I did. I wanted you to receive the jumpsuit and be happy with the purchase. So I'm hoping you'd at least rate me for my prompt communication to you.
