Hi there, Thank you for the purchase of the two Kipling bags. As I'm preparing to ship the two bags, I notice that the heart bag that is preowned has some small stains inside the bag. Its not dark stains. I didn't notice it until I turned it inside out. The black bag is brand new and never been used. Do you still want me to ship them off to you? The black bag in itself is worth the price.

Hi Geraldine, I mailed your package the next day, but i always forget to check the boxes bc it shows as shipped as soon as it’s scanned. I have several friends in a group who were just saying they had delayed delivery, and your package isn’t even tracking! This isn’t unusual, unfortunately, at Christmas. Ive been selling on posh since 2014, I’ve had holiday pkgs run the gamut from on time delivery, partial way tracking updates, to never scanned until delivered.

It is as frustrating to sellers as it is to buyers, as we have no control over delivery time once we drop the package in the box. I do apologize for the delay, but I was told since it wasn’t scanned when the collected from the box, I’d have to wait for it to start scanning along the way.
