Hey! You purchased my gold shoes. As I was packaging them up I realized they are not Janie and Jack! I feel terrible I misrepresented them. They are Crazy8 which is a sister store. My daughter wore them with her gold Janie and Jack outfit so I made an assumption- and didn’t think twice about looking on the inside of the shoe.

If you can tell me the other buyer’s name, I’ll ask him a favor to look for it and ship it. The problem is how will he get access to a Poshmark shipping label?. I can ask him to ship himself then poshmark wont know how we resolve this problem

@gheelin it’s in a box addressed to you with the Poshmark mailing label. If you forward him the email from Poshmark with the new mailing label, he can print out the new address label, tape it over the original and mail it out. I realize this is not convenient and I apologize but the other buyer purchased this for a friend who lost all her belongings in a house fire and is concerned it will take over three months to arrive. Would sincerely appreciate your help with this.
