slc81 Hi, I’m sorry the hat was too small. I wanted to see if there was something else wrong with the order as I’ve never received a rating of one star and try my best to provide good service. I did include a measurement, accepted the offer and shipped the next day. I’m always available to answer any questions as well. Again I’m truly sorry if I did something wrong and want to improve but was shocked to see the one star as seller performance rating. Thank you and have a nice weekend.
