theclothesspin Hi Gillian, I just wanted to touch base to let you know I did ship the kimono last week. I’m not sure why it hasn’t started tracking. I double checked with my post office today to make sure it wasn’t hanging around there anywhere. They don’t have it, but she suspects it should start tracking somewhere soon. I’m very sorry for the inconvenience. Let me know if there’s anything else I can do.

Since it has been over 7 days since your purchase, you now have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund.”

theclothesspin Hey! That’s weird, I let them know that I shipped and it hadn’t started tracking. All I got was a generic email saying if it hasn’t started tracking by Sunday May 10th to let them know. I normally go into the post office to have things scanned. Because of COVID 19 I have been dropping them in the mailbox, which usually works out fine. I guess the package may be lost. Go ahead and cancel it. If it does show up you can just keep it. I feel terrible that you have been waiting this long.

When I tried to submit a report online all I got was a message saying the tracking number had not been scanned into the system. I’m really sorry for the inconvenience. I’m not really sure what else to do.

madamemiyagi Hello darling, just dropped your package at the Canada Posts counter at lunch time.
