I was wondering why you gave me a 4 star rather than a 5? Is there something I could have done better? I ask as this is my first 4 star and just wondering what I did wrong and how I can improve ..:-) I would greatly appreciate your feedback plz.

@ktspicks hello! I rated a 4 because when I received the wristlet, I could smell a hint of smoke. I should have asked if it was from a smoke-free home. Both my husband and I could definitely tell there was a cigarette smoke smell to it. I will have figure something out to try to get the smell out! Thanks!

@gdean428 -Oh no. Yrs, that's always a chance as I buy things 2 hand and thst was purchased from Mercarii originally..I could have sworn i had that in my bio.. Ill have to double check and update if necessary. Keep in mind I'm always open to returns!
