Ok so I just called them and the (cranky) person that answered said it’s showing in their system as being scanned in - I tried to get that to be clarified but the best I could do was confirm that means they have it. 🙄 So while it’s still not been updated from what I can see they assure me they have it and it’s being processed. 🤞🏼
