@yvettehatfield I'm sorry, I haven't been on since I got your shoes & just seeing this now. The rating was only because there was no inner packaging. The box was badly damaged when I received it so a little extra covering would've been great & added to the experience. Thanks so much!

@junabell Ok, well since i used a USPS provided box and I cannot control what happens to the box once it leaves my hands, I will not worry about the rating. I packed the shoes nicely, took accurate pictures and sent them out fast. That is what I could control. Thanks for finally replying.
