Hi. I just bought the mabillon from you. Once I took the bag out of the dust bag I noticed a slight smell of perfume which was slight. I didn’t used the bag until this past weekend. The smell got stronger when I opened the bag and carried it. I’ve also noticed that the leather strap is worn and very wrinkled and curled. This bag was not as described. I’d appreciate it if you will take this bag back and issue me a refund. Thank you

I had this bag professionally cleaned and they were not able to get the perfume smell out of the crossbody strap. I was told that if you were wearing perfume, the perfume transferred to the vachetta and that’s exactly where the heavy concentration of perfume is located. Also 2 marks on lining that you didn’t disclose.
Asked if it smelled. You said no and I took you at your word. I am requesting a refund.
You are still selling and it’s unfair to another buyers.
