ventasparatina @ginealtaylor Hi ! I am so embarrassed with this situation... I don't know what happened with your box at the mail! I just dropped off as I always do with all my items & day after day I was checking & they never scanned your box ! I went personally to see what could be done, they open a case but ... Honestly I don't know if they will ever find it ! In my opinion the box have been stolen 😔! I am very embarrassed as I've mentioned before & want to assist you in the best way !

I set up a USPS pick up yesterday for today (2/7) and unfortunately it’s 7:40pm and they still haven’t picked it up, although I confirmed it was scheduled and we did get mail - that’s never happen before, I’m so sorry! I will reschedule for tomorrow, but a reminder on the mailbox and hopefully they will get it this time. Thanks!
