I know it's been terrible for me as well, my other buyer that purchased the scarf didn't receive their package because it was at your home the whole time, I emailed you letting you know my phone would not call you, and message you to start a return through this site before the 72 hours was up, on the 2nd of November you said you still hadn't receive the scarf and hat so I tracked it again and it said it was sent to your home..

And then you finally said you had it but didn't know that the scarf and hat was what I was referring too.i really needed you to send it back to e a sap before the 72 hours was up. I tried really hard make this right for both my buyers. I don't know what to do from this point. All orders and returns has to be done through this site with in 72 hours
