ceciskor @gjcarroll maybe it takes a while. This is my first return that’s why I don’t have any clue what to do...., I’m truly sorry about the whole situation. They are actually in pretty bad shape. I’m getting a new shipment soon. I’ll send you new pair free of charge. It’s on me.
