melindamanch995 Greg please look back on our email exchange regarding your purchase. As you acknowledge you selected the wrong size and I would sub in the correct size but did not have the exact pair as you selected in your size. That I had two brands and one was a performance like the purchase you made. You wanted a 9 or 10 inseam and a size 40 new with tags which was delivered to you. Best Melinda
