Hi Gretchen! I’m so happy you offered for the cross body Kate spade. I love it too. I literally just left today for a 4 week trip and won’t be back until April 1st To ship the bag. Hi! I saw that you received the 3 items that I sent you and was wondering how you like them? I made sure to wrap all 3 carefully and shipped together as you requested. I reached out to customer service and asked that you get a refund on 2 of the shipping costs and they unfortunately declined since apparently there is a way to bundle items to get discounted shipping. We are having a serious miscommunication. You have received everything you ordered. The extra items , are extra gifts from me!!!!! The ring should come in a card ! It’s a pink card. Like regular mail. The only thing wrong in your order, is the wrong silver ring. I. Sent you the right one and let you keep that one!!!! The extra stuff , like the blue earrings is a gift!!!!!!! Then just ask them for a refund on the ring. It has had plenty of time to get there. It was sent to you in a regular small pink envelope inside a card. Not a package. I will tell them to refund the ring .
