april12279 Hun I just received your review and that is considered a large backpack from Bestseys Line.. the meaduments were on the listing and I have no problem getting my daughter's books and binders in it.. I work Very hard since my cancer diagnosis on here and in my shop and I sure don't believe a 2 star is what we deserve that is just wrong..

april12279 I do everything I can for my customers sick or not and in no way mislead you at all. I am sorry you feel that way and I have never had a complaint about this backpack it is a top seller in my store for back to school. Really brakes my heart when ppl don't see how much giving a bad rating can do to someone or how it makes them feel when I sent you a great bag fast shipped it and everything I had to wait for my money 3 days and then you give me a bad rating not right.

What I'm disappointed in is the fact that I was so excited to use this backpack this year, but unfortunately it is too small for me at a high school that does not allow lockers. I sincerely apologize if I hurt your feelings, that was not my intention at all.
