chontad Thank you for visiting and purchasing from my closet. I was looking over your purchase & realized that the items were not in a "Bundle" so you paid for shipping twice. I am not sure if we can back up and cancel the purchase and then bundle and you rebuy them, but I am willing to try if you dont mind waiting a few days for the process. Im not sure how that works with Posh. It may be fast? Just let me know how you wish to proceed. I can leave it as is and ship separately tomorrow.

harvieruth My mistake ~ I should've asked for a bundle. No worries ... just do whatever is simplest/easiest for you. Ship separately or ship together ... canceling sounds too complicated. (I'm new at this whole Poshmark buying)

chontad @harvieruth,I’m so sorry about the double charge. Poshmark is a wonderful site but i know some processes are hard to undo after they have been done.They don’t have a dedicated customer service phone line(at least not that I have seen),so it’s an email and wait kinda thing. We probably could get it taken care of but would possibly take several days to get it undone.

chontad @harvieruth If you decide to visit my closet or anyone else’s in the future, you can create your own bundle or just ask and that posher will assist you.I’m going add an item to a bundle from my closet and send to you just so you can see what the bundles look like and play around with how they work.
