kjs_silvers Hi Shannon! I was packing your bag with tissue paper and I must have put too much tissue paper inside. While trying to close it, tissue paper got stuck in between the teeth 🧐❗️ Long story short, the zipper is broken 😳❗️ The purse still closes because of the strap that goes over. I can put $10 in the purse’s pocket to go towards getting a new zipper or I can cancel the order. Please, let me know what you want me to do. So sorry about this. Thanks in advance!
